Rstack currently delegates
rs dochelp to Rspress, exposing upstream branding and options outside Rstack's CLI surface. This PR renders dedicated help forrs docand its supportedbuild,preview, andejectsubcommands before loading Rspress, with snapshot coverage for both help flags.
