Summary
Rstack currently delegates
dev,build, andpreviewhelp to Rsbuild, exposing upstream branding and options outside Rstack's documented CLI surface. This PR renders dedicated Rstack help for those commands before loading Rsbuild, adds a shared help-flag detector, and covers every output with snapshots.
