Summary
This PR consolidates the repository's standalone Rslib, Rstest, Rslint, Prettier, staged-file, and Git hook tooling behind Rstack CLI. It adds a unified
rstack.config.ts, updates scripts and test imports, and keeps the standalone Rslint and Prettier templates unchanged because they are generated project assets. The newer lint preset also preserves the original npm installation error as itscause.Related Links
