Summary
pnpm stores dependency build approvals in
pnpm-workspace.yaml, but this configuration is not needed for projects created with other package managers. This PR only copiespnpm-workspace.yamlfrom local templates when pnpm is detected, while preserving third-party npm templates unchanged and keeping the public API stable.Related Links
