fix: normalize team social link accessible names

Closes #8552.

Normalizes the GitHub and personal site accessible names to include the team member's name, matching the Twitter, Threads, and Bluesky links. The decorative icons are now aria-hidden so the visible link text stays clean for screen reader users.
