Sure, it's maintained by me at https://github.com/Mubelotix/star-history. I was able to build it because I happened to have the data thanks to another project of mine: Simrepo, that has been going on for a while and has a nice track record

@Mubelotix Thank you for the context! From a long-term project maintainability perspective, the preferred solution for resolving #787 is to update the GH token, but we’ll keep your suggestion in mind for future reference.
