chore: sync lockfile versions to 0.10.2 and restore @hono/node-server…

Release-please bumps package.json versions but not the lockfiles. Sync all
six: the five workspace entries in the root lock, the standalone cli/ui app,
and the four e2e fixtures (three had drifted to 0.1.0).

Also restores @hono/node-server to 2.1.0. The ^2.0.5 override from #217 was
silently reverted by Dependabot's surgical lock update in #235, reopening
GHSA-frvp-7c67-39w9. Overrides are never recorded in the lockfile, so nothing
flagged the regression.
