Adds scripts/run_generate_portrait.ps1 to set up a Python venv, install common packages, and run scripts/txt2img.py with a prepared, adult non-explicit oil-painting prompt and recommended settings. Provide an easy, one-command PowerShell script to set up a Python venv and run the repository's txt2img script with a prepared, adult non-explicit oil-painting prompt so the user can generate the requested portrait locally.
