Enhancement Proposal

Add find dependents command that fetches dependents for a module by querying pkg.go.dev or similar service.

Motivation

When we are executing the testing process for a modules with many dependents we might not be able to add each one of the dependent manually and hence need a automated approach to fetching dependents.
