The Steering Council owns the content in djangoproject/templates/aggregator/ecosystem.html and we've seen a case where someone wanted to add a package to it. I don't watch this repo, so it would be beneficial to have GitHub alert the Steering Council to changes that would impact this page. This won't mean no changes can be made without the SC's consent. It would serve to notify us so we can triage PR's such as #2750.
