Disable colors globally?

Any way to disable colors for a Screen object so that any color annotations becomes no-ops? For the sake for adding quick "no-color" mode to a TUI app.

Hello @thomthom,

Create a Theme Color->Color function. Depending on some configuration emit either return the input, or Color::Default.
Decorate every color usage the code.

Update the configuration on the fly to observe the effects.

Yea, that would probably work. And I'd been meaning to setup constants for my color usage. But wrapping it into a theme helper would not only allow me to turn on/off color but also better manage my colors. 💡

Btw, great library! I'm using it for a hobby game/interpreter project and I'm finding it so much easier to work with than dealing with the non-portable *curses libraries. I'll probably go back to my ASCII minesweeper project and use ftxui to finish it. I got so frustrated with curses that it was just left on the shelf.
